3. Material And Structure Of Aluminum Curtain Wal
Aluminum curtain wall is made of high strength aluminum alloy material such as 1100H24 and
3003H24 with common thickness 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm. Regular maximum size is 1400 x 4000mm.
It’s mainly made up of Aluminum solid panel, reinforce rib and angle clip. The whole panel
is much stronger with the reinforce rib which can guarantee the panel flatness and shock
resistance. Meanwhile, the sound absorbing material and insulation material can be installed at the back of the panel.

Before coating: -All panels were produced as per the drawing. - All panels were inspected, including the size, the polishing, the flatness etc. - All panels were placed neatly to get coated.
After coating: - All panels were coated as per the color and finish. - All panels were inspected, including the appearance quality, the color, the coating thickness etc. - All panels were packed with protected film, bubble film and placed neatly to get ready for shipment.
5. Application Project
The construction metal, aluminium, has become increasingly important in recent years and is now being used for roofing and facade cladding. Baffle panel are also becoming more and morepopular on ceilings and walls decoration.
